The President

Betty Sherwood is a graduate of Kellogg Graduate School of Management with majors in Marketing and Management Information Systems. Her BA is from Ohio State University with a major in Journalism. She has taught systems analysis and design at a local university and has conducted several workshops in desktop publishing and writing.

Ms. Sherwood has served on the boards and steering committees of national and Chicago-area organizations for business executives, computer users, computer developers, and writers. She has spoken on the subject of user documentation and corporate writing before several groups, including NCC’87 and PC EXPO Chicago ’93. She is the internationally published author of technical articles, essays, and non-fiction articles.
